1. About these terms
These terms cover the WingMan app and website, provided by SWINK AI INC. (“we” or “us”). WingMan offers AI conversation suggestions, writing-profile features, conversation organization and a custom keyboard. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. Contact hello@goswie.com with questions.
2. Using WingMan
Use WingMan only if you are legally able to accept these terms; where required, a parent or guardian must authorize your use. Keep your account credentials secure. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, exploitation, or to bypass another person’s boundaries. Do not interfere with service security or access another person’s account.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in the messages and other content you provide. You allow us to process that content as necessary to deliver the features you request. Only supply content you are entitled to use, and obtain any necessary permission from other people whose information appears in it. Avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
4. AI suggestions and your responsibility
AI suggestions may be inaccurate, inappropriate or incomplete. They cannot guarantee replies, dates, relationships or any particular outcome. Review and edit suggestions before using them. You are responsible for the messages you send and for respecting other people’s privacy and consent. WingMan is not a substitute for professional advice.
5. Third-party services and intellectual property
App stores, sign-in providers, AI processing services and messaging apps have their own terms. Availability of keyboard features depends on iOS and the host app. WingMan software, branding and website materials remain protected by their owners’ intellectual property rights.
6. Paid features, if offered
Any price, included features, limits and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Manage app-store subscriptions and cancellation through the relevant store (see Apple’s cancellation instructions). Deleting the app does not itself cancel a subscription. Applicable refund procedures and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
7. Availability and ending use
Features may change during development. We may restrict access to address misuse, security issues or legal requirements. You may stop using WingMan and request deletion of information held by us. Keep copies of information you need before deleting it. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Questions and updates
Email hello@goswie.com for support or disputes. These terms do not restrict rights to contact regulators or bring claims under applicable law. We will update the date when these terms change and provide appropriate notice of material changes. See our Privacy Policy for information handling.
